How We Use the Information We Collect
We use the Information Data to provide a variety of services to our partners related to advertising and marketing (description of the types of services or tools we offer may be found throughout the Sites). The Information Data may be used for purposes such as:

How We Share the Information We Collect
Generally, we share the Information Data with partners such as:

Partners and third parties and their marketing and service providers (to enable targeted content and advertising to End-Users on mobile websites and/or apps). For example, platforms that work directly with marketers (sometimes called demand-side platforms), analytics companies, data management platforms that help marketers maintain and use data, proximity solution providers, and other advertising technology providers. These companies may, for example, provide targeted content and advertising to End Users and others on third-party mobile websites and/or apps or other advertising media (such as email, direct mail, and display media);

Opting Out of Cross-App Advertising on Mobile Devices
You can opt out of having your Mobile IDs used for certain types of interest-based mobile advertising (also called “cross-app advertising”), including those performed by us, by accessing the settings on your Apple or Android mobile device, as follows:

Apple Devices: If you have an Apple device, you can opt out of most cross-app advertising by updating to iOS 6.0 or higher and enabling “Limit Ad Tracking.”

iOS 7 and Higher: Go to Settings → Privacy → Advertising, and toggle “Limit Ad Tracking” to ‘ON.’

International Data Transfer
We transfer your Personal Information and other Information Data as described in this policy to the United States, where it is processed, collected and stored using Amazon Web Services, Inc., (“AWS”) a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates and Google Cloud Services. If your data is collected in Europe, we will transfer your personal data subject to appropriate or suitable safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the Privacy Shield Framework.
With respect to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) (“GDPR”), the relevant parties agree to comply with all applicable laws and the Data Transfer Agreement (as available here) shall be incorporated into and shall be an integral part of this Agreement.
With respect to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the relevant parties agree to comply with all applicable laws concerning the collection and processing of California-based End-User data. The CCPA provides California residents with more information, access and control about the information collected. Such information (as examples) according the CCPA includes personal information (name, address, etc. but is also extended to include IP address, geo location information). We require its supply partners to allow users to opt out of the sale of their personal information as defined by the CCPA. When we receive an opt out signal from a supply partner, it will flag the bid request as DNT = 1 and will remove unique identifiers such as advertising ID and full IP address before passing the bid request to its demand partners. It is the obligation of the supply partners to pass this flag in accordance with CCPA and the user request. We also pass the DNT flag request from its supply partners to its demand partners (and requests all its demand partners to enable the required functionality). If flagged by its supply partners, it will pass this information to its demand partners who will act in accordance with the flag request. For demand partners not yet enabled to receive such flags, the relevant user data will not be passed its demand partners as available inventory.

The best of our knowledge none of our properties employ software that is installed on a user’s computer or other electronic device without the user’s consent. Furthermore, our properties’ disclosure and removal policies with regard to any software that is installed on a user’s computer or other electronic device shall be reasonably clear and concise. Children
Our products and services are not designed for, or directed at children. We do not create segments to specifically target anyone under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from them. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received information from a child under the age of 13, we will take all appropriate steps to delete such information from our records. We do not knowingly “sell” as defined by the CCPA the personal information of minors under 16 years old who are California residents without their affirmative authorization.
Data Security and Retention
We have industry-standard physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to make sure information is collected, processed and shared only in accordance with this Policy. Once you uninstall or opt-out, all tracking technologies, including cookies, will expire within 2 days. No security measures, however thorough, are perfect and there can be no absolute assurance of security.
